    I have no idea--bisquettes?

    i want to do my first smoke tomorrow(pork butt) and i want to use apple wood. been looking around locally and no one has apple wood chunks, all they have is bisquettes. My questions is and i have no idea, but can i use these in an offset smoker as i would chunks? Thanks in advance. FlyFisher!
