    Thanks for the help guys, looks like I am better to grab a precooked ham and let it smoke for a bit and work on a raw ham when i have the time to brine

    Hello, being a newbie at smoking, is it possible to smoke a raw unbrined ham on my BBQ?? I have done ribs that turned out pretty well and chickens as well but wasnt sure if just using my broil king and some wood chips was getting in over my head lol Any advice would be greatly appreciated
