    Holy Moly..its 11:12pm and only at 199f. 12f outside but smoker is constant. Going to be a short rest in the cooler. Another 10 min.....Feel like a crackhead.

    Having a long stall.. been stuck at 175f for an hour. Temp outside is dropping but am keeping smoker at steady 250f now. Got a late start. Good thing we do not have to work tomorrow! Will grab a pic when it comes out.

    Wow!... Kudos to you for climbing the Great One. Can see it from my deck on clear days. About as close to the top as I want to go Anchorage airport (Ted Stevens International Airport) has been transformed vastly in recent years. Gotta love an airport with bear,beaver and wolves on display.

    Being in Alaska has advantages and disadvantages.. Shipping charges are a pain so we left to pay what local retailers want for merchandise.. No complaints though :-) Couldn't live anywhere else !!

    Geographically maybe.. But the fact is we bought it for $7.2 million (1.9cents per acre) from the Russians so it is all ours!!!!!!! We can hold almost 3 Texas states and have more coastline than the lower 48 combined. You are welcome to visit from Canada. Please bring your $$
