Just to update , told the wife to just bake it up in the oven for the dog , just went down and cut a piece off to taste and it was fine . Well fine as my wifes cooking is but it wasnt tough or spoiled. So i coulda worked my magic on it and it woulda been awesome. Oh well live and learn.

Well i didnt get a chance to take finished pics , i know im a dummy , but was running late and hurrying. They didnt get done untill 2pm so i was rushing around. Came oout great but those cuts had alot of waste. Bones fat ect. So i got about 7 lbs of clean meat outta 18. Not too happy about that...
