    No flipping, bone down but make sure you remove the membrane on the back of the rib before cooking. If not they can turn out tough! I sauce the last 30-45 mins! Good luck

    The smokers temp is what it is whether or not you have 1 or 6 butts in it. I cook butts in my Perfect Flame smoker one on each rack for a total of 4. Still roughly 1.5 hours per pound. Monitor the temp and enjoy! Good luck!

    I got the perfect Flame from Lowes and have used it several times. The door temp guage is 30-35 degrees off so get a digital oven probe with the cord from Target for 15.00, well worth the money! Go propane as it heats faster and can reach any temp you want and can heat in the winter reliably...

    I didnt really measure the temp on final taking. After the ten hours and clear juices I felt they were ready since they fell apart almost when taking them out of the smoker.
