    Here is a few pics of the lamb we done for a mates birthday last weekend. Here he is hanging in the coolroom,(31Kgs hanging) On the spit,stuffed with lemons,garlic and a little salt and pepper and sown up. A little basting,Olive oil,garlic,Italian herbs and salt And its nearly done...

    My spit/smoker

    Hey guys,here a little spit i made out of a beer keg a couple of weeks ago.I use heat beads and a little bit of would for extra flavour. Here it is with a nice size leg of lamb on it(lamb has rosemary,garlic and salt and pepper on it) Cheers JD
