First is a pic of the Ribeyes before starting. I seasoned them with course salt and pepper only.
I smoked them at 180 degrees until an internal temp of 130 using jack daniels...

31 Y/O male who lives in Sunny/Rainy Saint Cloud, Florida. Fairly new to actually smoking, though I grew up around it. I have a GOSM 33 inch gas smoker. Looking forward to learning and sharing on here.
