    Turkey Smokin Time

    I have about a 12 lb turkey that needs ate this weekend. As this will be my first attempt at smoking a bird about how long will it take to cook this devil. Plan on using apple wood at about 250 cooking temp, or if anyone has a better idea I'm all for any help I can get.. Thanks , Mike

    I have a 8lb. bone in pork butt that I plan on making pulled pork out of. If I was to cut it in half and have 2 4lb pieces of meat would I reduce the amount of time it will take to smoke them??     I've read all the posts, bought an ECB, have done all the mods and now I'm ready for some smoke..
