So I started my first brisket last night and am very anxious to check it out when I get home. I looked this morning and I think I was close, was beginning to develop a nice bark.
Flip, I feel your pain on the RO, all ive been reading about is how great it is and ive just been able to find it at walmart, i picked up 5 bags, hopefully this is enough. I just have a feeling next time i need some walmart wont have any... I use the smokenator right now with my 22.5 weber...
Need some help, any recommendations as to the wood to smoke with for Lamb. Going to try it with apple tonight... Let me know if you have some input.

This site looks like its right up my alley as someone who has only been bbq-ing a couple years. Living in CT, does anyone know where a good place is to find different woods? Also, wheres the place to purchase RO Lump Charcoal?
