    Prime Standing Rib Roast...

    What to do with leftover pastrami??

    Smoked 2 corned beef brisket points last weekend and had my fair share of pastrami sandwiches earlier this week. Had some left over so made some hash this morning.. Potatoes, onions, peppers, and pastrami! Notice the potato to pastrami ratio... Nap time!
