    Anyone else own an Old Smokey Electric?

    soaking the wood chips keeps them from smoking/flaming up too soon.  I often mix some wet with some dry on the chip pan of my Old Smokey.  Seems to work better than using dry alone.  Have fun smokin'!

    Greetings all, from just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. On Valentine's day my wife presented me with an "Old Smokey" electric smoker. I've been talking about buying or building a smoker for a few weeks and she found this one and made it a gift. It's probably not what I would have picked but, now...
