    Back Ribs

    My wife and mother in law wanted some ribs so I smoked 3 slabs for them yesterday. Used apple wood and smoked at 250 degrees. Foiled at 3 hours for 2 hours. Did not place back on the racks after foiling just rest for 30 mins and cut them.
