    Found some JD sausage that I had not seen before. Used 2 pounds JD, pepper Jack, Extra sharp cheddar and of course roasted green chilies. It was so full I did not think it would close.     Thanks to all at the forum for all the help to a knube in creating an experimental fatty. 2 lbs. Jimmy D Hot, 1lb bacon thin slice. Extra sharp cheddar, sweet red pepper, green onions, roasted Hatch N.M. green chilies. The chilies go with everything around here.
