    Peanut oil shelf life, some used some virgin

    Long story short, I have 2 containers half full, 1 used 1 virgin.  Have been stored in a dark cool basement for 4 - 5 years, still smell OK. Think these are still good? Thanks in advance.

    I have allways used the waterpan in the ECB & now in the MES, are there different schools of thought? Maybe keep it in with no water to catch drippings? Doing a couple of butts now, about 2 hours into the smoke. thanks in advance.
