    Tonight I made up a couple pinwheels using skirt steak. I cut it in half. Thinned it out using the flat side of a tenderizing hammer. S&P, spinach, roasted pepper (canned), havarti cheese.

    My HDG (horizontal dum grill) build is under way. I picked up a 55 gallon drum. The frame is being welded from 2 bed frames (it's ok to laugh). The stand is almost done.
