    Good evening y'all!I got a rib roast from Costco. 6 lbs. for 15 bucks. Seared it on my grill both sides. Put it on the smoker for 4 hours. Smoked it on the ECB with some mesquite lump and alder chips. Loaded up some portobellas with some penne pasta in a garlic sauce, topped with cheddar...

    I mix mine 70/30 apple juice to whiskey. It must taste good mixed in order to taste right after the smoke in my opinion...Happy Smokes Billbo

    water tanks top 5' x 2' . Heat chamber between and fire box below. Did extensive searching on the "galvanized" issue. Insert meats here painted with auto paint. still there no bubbles. Top doesn't get too darn hot. corral pipe for the stand video of the smoker working.
