So I grew a bunch of these, well not really alot but about enough for a meal. What do I need to do to them or can I just cook and eat. I'm gonna grow a bunch next year so any ideas for what to do when I have alot would be helpful
I have a question for ya. Every July we have a big get together and i cook 100 pounds of the pork shoulder. The problem is, the price at that time is around $1.99 pound. I can buy it now for .89 per pound. Have you ever froze it and if so how does it hold up?
I'm a newbee smoker and have an ECB with mods and have been succesful on it but am thinking i need a wood burner.charcoal is expensive but good wood is pretty much free for me.so what if any would be a good smoker for say under $300.
