    Call the company!!  They have been great for me to work with when I have had problems.  I haven't had to pay for a part yet.  That sucks about the digital temp control.  I was thinking about getting one.  Guess I will stay old school.

    Pulled pork can be used for tacos, sandwiches, pizzas, chile verde, chili, you name it and you can probably make it with pulled pork!  Good Stuff!!!

    Yep, I've got the baby backs on right now and slurpin a few blue cans. I guess, I'm slurping the wrong kind, cause I'm not sportin'!! But, in about two hours I may be while I'm eating the b-backs.

    It may be to late, but wrap them in foil at 250 for 2 hours or 300-350 for an hour in foil, maybe add a little apple juice, broth,in the foil or whatever you have if they are really dry right now. Oh, and quit taking the little blue pills!!! ;)

    Pork loin is on. Taking it to a party tonight. Supposed to bring appetizers, but people love my smoke. I suppose sandwiches can be classified as an appetizer.

    Hello. I've got a pork loin on now. It's at 115 degrees and I'm planning on pulling it off at 145, wrapping in foil, then towels, and into the cooler. How long should I be able to keep it in the cooler? I'm planning on taking it to a party in about 4hrs. Is 2-3 hours to long in the cooler...

    Yep, rub it and wrap in bacon. To die for!!! You can even marinate in some italian dressing overnight, season, wrap in bacon.
