Smoked an Eye round roast, Beef ribs and some sorta meat thing with red,yellow and orange peppers with some onions all rolled up with some bacon. Turned out real good..YUMMY
Well my first FATTY did not go so well, rolled a pound of Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage way to thin and stuffed it full of a mixture of hasbrowns, sourcream,onions and seasoning and it split right down the middle, but it was darn good.

I have a char-grill pro w/mods, weather condition were overcast and windy, I was using lump w/ hickory chunks, Was able to get the temp to 225 but was very hard to maintain, never dropped below 220 but used alot of fuel to maintain...I had the smoke box vent wide open and the smoke stack wide...
I am in the just learning stage, I am using a Char-Griller Pro, with all of the modifications to go slow and low. I will be attempting a Boston Butt tomorrow. I am pumped and ready to do it. Any last minute tips would be great. I will post pics along the way...Glad to be apart of the forum.
