    My team came in 12th out of 17 teams. Our Ribs came in 6th place. Chicken and Brisket did us in. All and all we are happy with the outcome since it was our first competition. We had a great time and met some really cool people.

    Sometimes when I try to enter the site I get forwarded to a blank page. Does that happen to anyone else? It takes me hitting "Back" on my broser a few times to actually enter the site. Any suggestions?

    how much wood should I use?

    I'm smoking 4 slabs of baby back ribs in a Char-Griller Super Pro. Should I use The big pieces of hickory or the hickory chips? Should I soak the wood before I use it?
