    Hello, newer to smoking i've dabbled a bit with a brinkmann but took advantage of the $150 deal at bass to get a new 30" MES. Really enjoying it done a fattie and some pulled pork which was worth the price by itself. been going through the forums and enjoying all the recipes and guidance

    Hi - new to forum and true smoking. My new MES has been tried out on a prok butt for pulled pork along with the world's most unattractive fatty (since then found the rolling tutorial and optimistic about next run). I am smoking an 8# brisket right now and ran into some confusing temperature...
