    well it's now 2:19am here in texas. put the fattie my wife rolled up on at 2:00am sitting at about 250. i hope it works it's like the sausage was to thin. so it's my first time we will see how it go's

    hi my name is Hank, i live in the DFW area. i have been cooking on the grill for a long time, useing a smoker for about 2yr now. been married 4yr now (i think) have a son who loves ribs. the best thing i get out of smoking meat is watching my family and friends enjoy what i cook..... later
