    Fridge life span

    Bought two picinics last night. Plan on doing one Sunday. Wondering how long I have for the other in the fridge. Don't want to freeze but will if it won't last too long. Maybe I should do both and freeze cooked extra in bags and reheat in boiled water. Let me know what you folks think. Thanks

    First Smoke

    Just finished my first smoke in the new GOSM. Smoked for 3 hours and 45 minutes over apple chips and chunks. Rubbed with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, tyme, salt, and pepper. Came out beautiful.
