    I just bought a Cajun Injector Electric Smoker at Academy Sports, which is made by Masterbuilt and appears to be just like the 30 inch MES. I'm seasoning it as I type this and will try to smoke some ribs or something tomorrow, something I can put on at lunch and pull out after work.
