charcoal basket? do you have the same unit? hoping the existing grate will work to start and a custom grate and pan for easy ash removal. going for the first smoke tomorrow. young small turkey breast, mesquite, lump charcoal. drilled 2 better temp guages. one by firebox and one on stack end...- buffalosurfer
