A friend of mine gave me some fresh pork hams, shoulders and bacon. They have been frozen since the day it was processed..According to him around 1 1/2 to 2 yrs. They are wrapped in white butcher paper..Was wondering if it is still good??? What do you experts...
Just doing a chix along with a Butt and Ribs that are over in the Pork section. Injected with Cajun Creole Butter rub with EVOO. The last one I did turned out really juicy so I hope this one does also.
