    I'm about to embark on my first smoker build, and after exhaustive research, have decided with the reverse flow style.  I've never used or built a smoker before, but have read that these are the best/easiest to maintain and control heat.  I have two pipes that are 2' diameter, just over 1/4"...

    Hey there!

    Found this website from Google and am very pleased with it so far. I am a hobby welder and will be tackling a smokin' pit soon. I've made a utility trailer, a log splitter, a hitch-hauler, and some other smaller projects so far. I also am very much into cooking, so the two things go together...
