Isn't that a high pressure burner? It is the same type thats on my fryer's. I wanted to build a gas smoker and I was thinking of the larger diameter but lower pressure burner. Have seen them at lowes next to the one you have. Also the venturi needs to be outside the box... Might get better result's
around here there called korean style ribs.and they are also great in a crock pot.just like pot roast. I have blackened them for a really different taste. those looked like they were great, good job.

my dad use to use a pan in the 60's he'd cook em on the grill then throw them in the oven covered in sause no lid for awhile. it would drive you nuts with how good they smelled. and always easy off not fall off the bone. not swimming in sause just covered. oh yea the good ole day's also back...
