    I'm from the NE part of Iowa, I have a brinkman smoker and grill. I'm more of a novice at smoking yet, but pork loin is my best. I', going to attempt some fish smoking this year and may try doing some brisket. I'm looking forward to checking out all the info I can here for help and ideas! Ed
