    Have changed jobs now. I left DoC and work for Sheriffs Dept. Alot better, after a chat we had at work they want me to smoke some meats including a whole hog.   Piney it's great to be back. Mick

    KCBS Cooking Class

    I will be in corrections for the time being. Here in oklahoma when your on the Response team you have to be a certified peace officer. But looking at cop jobs as some pay alot better

    Got 4 days of training left. We are in the Patrol block and thursday is the practical day and we do blding searches etc. Then Monday we do the cleet test and tuesday is graduation day. started it all 16 weeks ago

    Well my CLEET school is nearly over and now I can be back on the forums again and chatting.For those that dont know its what you need in oklahoma to be a police officer. Havent smoked much meat since I have been busy with school and looking for houses etc. Mick
