    Freezing Cheese?

    I've seen a few threads in here mention freezing cheese. The one time I tried to freeze a block of cheese, it was incredibly grainy when it was thawed. I've got the Foodsaver vacuum, so it wasn't anything external, it was just a horrible, horrible texture. What am I missing?
