    Im doing a 7.25 butt started a 0900 thsi morn 7 hrs later been going thru a 1.5 hr platue, this sucks, but its cool cause ive got code blue happening smoker at 245 meat at 150 and just riding it out. dont know how to post my pics but im tryin', i know if no pics it didnt happen, ready for yummy...

    there is a knock out panel between fire box and somer side knocking it out would remove the little 4-way spinner vent and open it up should I knock it out?

    i need to increase my heat Do I add hot firey coals that are already hot or try to add charcoal to already hot fire box? someone answer fast as this is my first pork shoulder and I dont want to screw it up
