    Trying something new today. Have done this sauce before on chicken skewers and such on the grill. First filet breasts out a bit then smash em out between wax paper. put em back in the fridge to stiffen a bit while I put the sauce together sorry about no presice measurements on the sauce but...

    Hi Amanda. Didnt catch if it was an electric or charcoal smoker. If charcoal , then a chimney starter would be the first thing I get along w/ the thermometer. its like a coffee can w/ a handle used to start the coals with newspaper or whatnot , so as not to use the 2 most most un-utterable words...

    Well W.D. , I had not heard or read of the 700 degrees. Glad I checked this forum and got that post.Leaves a lot more options for building a drum as far as what to use as a ash pan e.t.c. . Thanks for the info.

    Dont know what yer missin. I prefer pulled chicken to pork anyday !Like pulled pork but LOVE pulled chicken.If ya see a whole chicken in my smoker ya can bet its gonna end up pulled ! mmmmm
