    Did these with 1 1/2 hrs of apple/maple pucks, took about 4hrs total cook time ...they were the freakin bomb. Yah I know my camera's date thingy needs some attention

    Smoked Turkey with Q-view

    This was done using my 4 rack Stainless Bradley. I brined the bird over night, then used 2hrs of Apple smoke.....total time in the Bradley was about 6hrs. The bird was excellent, moist, smokey, and ...gone! Thx MB
