    Im smoking my first picnic shoulder on my ecb.I coated it with mustard and caynene pepper salt black pepper and garlic powder.     sirloin tip

    my wife is from california and they are big on smoking tri tip and she wants me to do one but we live in ga. and the closet thing i can find is sirloin tip is this meat as good to smoke as tri tip?
