    those are the only ribs i do anymore i love them i always have 100% good luck with them. i use to do the rack ribs but i like country style because of more meat and better taste imop

    $1.48 lb a store i work at part time is having a 10 lb sale on ribs,roasts chops, steaks. iam going to buy 30 lbs of country style ribs.10 lbs $14.80 so i think that is cheap enough.

    i put mine in a brine overnight then i put butter under the skin by the breast wipe it with evoo and put my garlic salt and lawerys then put it the smoker at 300 degrees i take it out when it hits 165 never had a problem. i used a butterball 14 lbs i dont think i would go much more that that ...
