After the it got enough smoke, I wrapped it in foil, added apple juice, and brought it into the set at the temp I wanted (sorry I can't remember the temp).     I did the seasoning with Pam today. Only problem is that it ran down the legs and made a mess on my concrete I had a bunch of errands to do today, so didn't get to smoke the ribs, but tomorrow is another day! I'm going to move the smoker off the concrete, that's for sure! Anyone got any...
