    Which brand of food sealer do you prefer? I owned a Foodsaver in the past but it didn't last long. I need to buy another and thought I'd ask your opinion? Thanks

    What to do with Bottom Round?

    Have a bottom round roast to cook. Can it be used for pulled beef or is it best to slice it? If sliced is best can I stop it at 160 degrees internal temp so it will be medium. Should it be low and slow? Thanks for your advice.

    Stopped by the local grocer this AM. (Jerry Lee's) found pork butts in a two pack for .99 a lb. After the success I had with my first two in a NB Bandera I can't wait to try these in my Primo Oval Jr. which arrives tomorrow.
