    Weekend Smoke Question

    We are having a pre-Thanksgiving dinner Saturday so I'm going to smoke a turkey @ 300 degrees. The inlaws aren't big on turkey, but love meatloaf so I thought I would try one. Is it ok to smoke the meatloaf @ 300 with the turkey? I'm also going to do a fatty and some ABT's for snacks.

    Finally TBS

    After loading the smoker with ABT's, a fatty, a couple of yard birds and some CS ribs I was able to achive TBS. I've had problems getting smoke (even tho I could smell it I wanted to see it) so I let in as much air as possible and saw the TBS. Thanks to everyone for helping me get there.

    Help with first butt

    I have a 5.5 lb butt to do pulled pork for tomorrow. When I opened the package it had been cut into two pieces. Should I smoke them as two butts or try to put them together for one?
