    Most butchers will cut a brisket for you but it is something you need to order ahead of time. Most grind it up for hamburger. Call your local butcher a week ahead of time and I am sure he will order one for you.

    Brine for chicken...

    In the morning before smoking do you rince the chicken off after brining or do you leave the brine on when cooking. Sorry have never brined poultry before.

    Saturday smoke with qview

    Did 2 great racks of ribs with buffalo turds a little different plus great stuffed mushrooms. I stuffed the jalapenos with asiago cheese dip and they were great. The stuffed mushrooms we had never tried but will be a recipe that gets smoked many more times. Thanks for looking.
