    Hello! I have been lurking here a while now, and decided to jump in... I recently bought a Brinkmann Vertical Smoker and had my first smoke this weekend. I dry rubbed the ribs with Famous Daves rib rub over night, then smoked the ribs with a lump coal and Apple and Cherry woods... I was shocked...
