Thaks for all the help! I had a fire going all day after I sprayed the inside of the smoker, so I hope this works. I never did find any plastic inside, so I hope that it was just something they sprayed inside of it. Thanks again for the help! -

Ok I know that should already know better, but I guess I dont. I just a brand new Super Longhorn smoker and had a big group of people over for dinner last night. I unloaded the smoker and threw on a pork shoulder and a beef tenderloin. I let it all smoke over a Mesqite wood fire at 250 degees...
