    Stick it through a potato or a drilled out wood chunk, and you don't want it touching metal.

    Couple of fattys today - W/Q-view

    I did a couple of fattys today to try out my new GOSM. One with Red pepper, mushrooms, onion, pepperjack and colby cheese the other with scrambled eggs, colby and cream cheese. Smoked with cherry wood both came out quite tasty if I do say so myself, and my wife loved em and I will be making more...

    Thanks for all the welcomes. I am keeping the offset so I am not going to give up on it. Just want to get a bit more comfortable with thae whole process. I am seasoning the GOSM now and am going to give a fatty a try tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.
