    I am going to smoke some baby back ribs tomarrow and I want to use the 321 method. I know baby back ribs are a 2.2.1. formula but my electric smoker only gets to 201degree at the top of the smoker. should i use the 3.2.1. method or stick with the 2.2.1.. Thanks.

    I finally used the 321 method on my pork ribs and when the ribs were done I grabed one of the bones to cut the ribs and the bone came off in my hand. They were great jucy and tender. Other attempts at ribs were good but they were tuff. I think i got it.

    no they wernt dry just tough. i was using the thurm on the grill not a digital therm.

    I have a question I bought a brinkman charcoal smoker then I converted it to electric. I smoked a rack of ribs for about 6 hours and they came out very tough. They were over cooked but I couldent get my smoker above 205 degrees that is why I left them in so long. At 205 degree how long should...
