Did my 1st brisket w/ mesquite for the wife & some friends. Served it w/ Jeff's sauce. I was immediately elevated to hero status and worshipped by all. (That's just because they wanted a doggie bag.).

My 1st brisket will come off the smoker at 4 bells and will rest in the cooler 'til 6 bells. Please give me any suggestions for a finishing sauce or dipping sauce, etc... I'm not sure how I'm going to serve this to my guests after I slice it down.
I've got a thick aluminum baking pan with nice high walls that I'd like to use to replace the small smoke box on my GOSM. Any concerns with aluminum? Can it stand the heat or is this a bad idea?
