    Pork loin for dinner

    Threw a pork loin on the chargriller, injected it with seame and garlic dressing. Finished it off with Dutch's Mahogany Sauce. Thats a great sauce, Thanks Dutch.

Just raised it all the way up on the sfb side. Worked well, I had no trouble keeping the temp between 220 and 240. That was a fun smoke...

    Windy,Rainy day smoke

    Ribs,ABT's and lil'smokies

    I put on a rack of spares and a rack beef ribs on at 11:30 along with some ABT's stuffed with cream cheese bacon bits,onion alittle rub and placed a lil smoky in the middle. Put the rest of the smokies in a pan with a little rub. The ribs are in foil right now.

    Where doe's the time go?

    I started preping this morning about 9:30 cooking up some red peppers and onions. Split a pork loin and stuffed it with the peppers and onions, made 2 fattys and stuffed them with the same and cheese, wrapped in them in bacon. I just put them in the smoker and it's already noon.     Sunday Smoke

    First time Brisket - is done when it's done

    2nd round of pork butts and a fatty

    I thought I would do 2 more butts for the 4th. I got a late start 8:00 am now it's 2 pm and there's thunderstorms on the way. The center rack did'nt look right being empty so I made a bacon wrapped Fatty with pepperjack cheese, onions and garlic. 6 hours on the butts and 1 hour on the Fatty.

    My first FATTY

    After reading all the posts and looking at all the pictures, I just had to make a couple. Green pepper and onions and colby jack cheese. Smoked for 3 hours. Toasted english muffin, egg, and a slice of pepper jack. I'm HOOKED! The wife thought they were great. This forum is great!
