About a mile from my house a yard has about 25 - 55 gallon drums that say "free" on them, I am not interested in them so I did not look in them but they are there
I have a Lang 84 with warmer, any of you guys with them ever see how warm you can get the warmer, I do not have the deluxe new one though with the direct inlet to the warmer
We did a Fatty stuffed with Lemon Pepper chicken we smoked a couple months ago, and also with mozzarella cheese, onions and half of the box of cooked Zatarain rice pilaf, we sliced it and ate it on town house crackers, it was excellent
I have a Frigidaire made by Gm that was given to me, I have a fridge smoker already and am willing to give this to a member if they come and get it.
The only plastic I see is where the X's are, in the door and the trim of the fridge where the door closes.

Since I am laid off, me and the wife are going to fly out to Phoenix/Mesa February 5th-16th and of course we have to eat, so who has the best BBQ down there?
