Man it's been a long time. I've been away much too long from this forum.
It's been so long I had to buy a new smoker.
Glad to be back and hope to soak up some knowledge and maybe even share some.
I noticed that after about 4 smokes my WSMs are settling in and the racks that hold the water pan and grills are no longer true.
I thought someone recently solved this by adding some washers.
What sort of washers should I use? Stainless steel?
