    LOL Yeah its tenderquick..... Thanks for the advice. I do plan on soaking and then setting in fridge for pectin....I can let it sit in the fridge open on a rack for 24 hours? That helps the situation. These damn things called jobs keep messing up my schedule. Jeff

    I am looking for Weber's Grill Creations Sweet 'N Savory Salmon dry rub. Seems like they might have discontinued making it. I love rubbing salmon with it and then vacuume sealing and freezing. Just take it out and I plank it on cedar. Any help or recipes that are like it? Thanks Jeff
