Thanks much. I used one chunk each of apple, peach and hickory. I also smoked three slabs of babybacks and about 2 dozen wings. No pics of those, so it didn't happen.
Thanks much!!
I used the Wolfe Rub Original for my rub.
No spritzing or spraying or mopping of the ribs with anything during the smoke. Sometimes I will spray once or twice when I smoke ribs, but this time I didn't. I was too busy getting busy having a few Johnnie Walker's on the rocks to...
Hope all turned out just fine for you. Thanks for the video. I was wondering if you cooked/smoked the poultry over your ribs. If you did, that is not a good thing to do. Always cook poultry below pork and beef. You can very easily get cross contamination from the poultry drippings landing...

I really haven't used it in the 2 years that I've had it. And yes, I do enjoy that good ol' charcoal taste. But I still have my Cookshack for those set it and forget it, cold & windy as h3ll, I feel like having some bbq days.
Thanks for the Much appreciated.
This weekend I have a taste for beef. So Saturday, I'll do up some beef ribs and a couple of chuck roasts. I'll also throw on a couple of fatties and sausages.
Seal up whatever is left from this weekend with my Foodsaver and I'll have something to nibble...
No sumosmoke, I bought my BDS. I was going to make my own UDS, but decided to buy one of the Big Drum Smoker models. I have no regrets about spending the cash for it and not making a UDS. The BDS's design is a proven winner as a smoker and griller that works extremely well. I still...
